The costs of our services at a glance

The costs for our services depend on the type and scope of the activities involved. We clarify the expected fees in advance or in the first discussion with you and determine the billing model together with you – so that you have clarity about the costs from the outset.

The principles for the calculation of the fees can be found in the » Steuerberatervergütungsverordnung (StBVV) as well as in the » Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG). In both cases, the amount of the fees is usually based on the so-called object value (financial value of the matter in question). Alternatively, individual agreements can be made according to which lump sum (flat-rate fee) or actual expenditure (hourly fee) is charged. Our many years of experience give us the opportunity to be able to estimate expected expenses well.

Do you have legal expenses insurance? We will then check whether your insurance company will cover the costs of legal advice and, if necessary, we will arrange for the reimbursement of costs.
