The histo­ry of the firm goes back to the joint stu­dies at a uni­ver­si­ty of appli­ed sci­en­ces in the 1980s of Jür­gen Kraft and Ste­fan Werz, who have been fri­ends ever sin­ce. In 2013, Ingo Vogt, who holds a degree in finan­ce and tax con­sul­tancy, joi­n­ed the manage­ment team. In 2019, the Lan­ge­nau and Ulm tax offices moved tog­e­ther to the new Ypsi­lon buil­ding in Ulm. Sin­ce 2024, we have been part of the BSKP part­ner­ship and thus form a new strong com­pa­ny loca­ti­on in the cent­re of the city of Ulm. We are one of the most pro­gres­si­ve law firms in the area, are open to inno­va­ti­on and move with the times. For this reason, we also use digi­ta­li­sa­ti­on to con­vert our busi­ness pro­ces­ses to digi­tal pro­ces­ses. We ser­ve our cli­ents from the sci­ence city of Ulm in the enti­re sur­roun­ding area. In 2022, we deci­ded to crea­te a cul­tu­re in which ever­yo­ne can find each other. Start­ing that day, we made a clear decis­i­on tog­e­ther about the values we want to work with in the future: Open com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on, employee invol­vement and work-life balan­ce. We are now con­stant­ly deve­lo­ping the­se fur­ther, as this not only deve­lo­ps our cor­po­ra­te cul­tu­re, but also us personally.

We don’t negle­ct the values of humour and fun eit­her. Humour lifts the mood in the team — good for the employees, good for the com­pa­ny. A con­nec­ted and home­ly atmo­sphe­re throug­hout the team is a very important fac­tor for us at the firm. Peo­p­le who can laugh tog­e­ther also coope­ra­te bet­ter. And to main­tain and streng­then this bond, we go on regu­lar com­pa­ny outings, orga­ni­se par­ties and joint break­fasts. After all, a litt­le humour and sil­li­ne­ss never hurt!
