Ursu­la Kers­tin Metter

Ursula Kerstin Metter was born in 1968 in Böblingen. After three years of training / occupation in the financial administration and subsequent studies in business administration in Pforzheim, Mrs. Metter initially worked in a medium-sized tax consulting and auditing firm. After her appointment as a tax consultant in 1997, Mrs. Metter joined Ernst & Young, where she advised large and medium-sized companies in all tax areas until 2007. International tax law has always been a special focus of her work. In 2009, Mrs. Metter was appointed specialist consultant for international tax law. In 2007, Mrs. Metter was founding partner of hegmann metter Wirtschaftsprüfer Steuerberater in Böblingen. Together with her three co-shareholders, Gerd Hegmann, Dr. Helmut Hauswirth and Dagmar Stock, she advised large and medium-sized companies and their shareholders also. In January 2017, the advisory firm hegmann metter merged with BSKP.
