Bernd Morgenroth was born in Freiburg im Breisgau in 1964. He studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Lausanne (Switzerland). He completed his legal clerkship in Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe and Miami (USA). He was admitted to the bar in 1994 and has been a specialist lawyer for building and architectural law since 2005. Mr. Morgenroth has also been working as an arbitrator/arbitrator under the SOBau since 2000. 1993 joined the law firm BSKP.
He heads the construction and real estate division of the supra-regional law, tax consultancy and auditing firm BSKP. His main areas of expertise are the transaction-related spectrum, including legal due diligence, as well as project consulting for medium-sized to large real estate projects (planning law, real estate law and private construction law). He operates throughout Germany from his offices in Dresden, Berlin and Stuttgart and supports domestic and foreign investors, family offices, public corporations, property development companies and institutional clients. Bernd Morgenroth regularly lectures and publishes on topics relating to construction, public procurement and architectural law and the real estate spectrum. In addition, he moderates panel discussions and panels for well-known organisers, inviting to congresses and conferences with a focus on construction and real estate.
Current references include the support of the new building "njumii - Das Bildungszentrum des Handwerks" of the Dresden Chamber of Crafts from 2014 to 2021 with a focus on awarding and contracts and the support of the acquisition and subsequent project implementation "Sachsenbad" of MONTIS Real Estate GmbH since summer 2021.
