Marina Kirsten was born in 1982 in Leisnig. She studied law at the Technical University in Dresden and at the Marsaryk University in Brno (Czech Republic).
She completed her legal clerkship in Chemnitz. She was admitted to the bar in January 2011 and has worked for BSKP since 2019.
Marina Kirsten has successfully completed the courses to obtain the titles "Fachanwältin für Erbrechtin" (specialist lawyer for inheritance law), "Fachanwältin für Familienrecht" (specialist Lawyer for Family Law) and "Fachanwältin für Steuerrecht" (specialist lawyer for tax law). In 2020 she was awarded the title of "Fachanwältin für Erbrecht".
