Kati Lan­ger

Kati Langer was born in Freiberg in 1987. She studied economics at the Technical University of Chemnitz. Her professional career began in 2010 as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dresden in the Assurance Industrial Services department. She completed her part-time Master of Science in Accounting & Taxation at the University of Mannheim (Mannheim Business School) in 2015. This was followed by a move to Rödl & Partner's Chemnitz office, where she worked as an audit team leader. In 2018, she was appointed as an auditor and in 2019 as a tax consultant. Until joining BSKP in April 2023, Ms. Langer was an Associate Partner at Rödl & Partner in the Public Management Consulting (PMC) practice in Nuremberg, focusing on utilities and electricity cost-intensive companies. In addition, she was a member of Rödl & Partner's cross-location risk management committee for the preparation and audit of annual and consolidated financial statements and was involved in the internal training and continuing education of audit assistants. Until March 2023, Ms. Langer was a member of the working group "Audits according to EEG and KWK-G" at the Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer (IDW).
