Cor­ne­lia Blank

Cornelia Blank (née Vogt) was born in 1971 in Dresden. She studied law at the Friedrich Alexander University in Erlangen and completed her legal traineeship in Dresden and Rome / Italy. She also acquired extensive knowledge of Italian family law. After the second state examination, she was admitted to the bar in 1999 and since then has worked exclusively in the areas of family and inheritance law. In 2002 she was awarded the title of "Specialist Lawyer for Family Law" and in 2012 the title "Specialist Lawyer for Inheritance Law".

On the occasion of a stay abroad in the United States in 2008, lawyer Blank volunteered as a court adjunct procedural assistance to help neglected and affected by violence children. She successfully completed a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) training at the Court of Hudson County, Jersey City, NJ. This activity, which is based on her particular interest in the position of children in court proceedings, has been continued by Ms Rechtsanwältin Blank since 2014 as a certified procedural adviser at AG Dresden.

Cornelia Blank lectures regularly for the Frauenbildungszentrum Dresden e. V. and the ISUV e.V.
