Syl­via Klapschus

Sylvia Klapschus was born in Berlin in 1975. She studied law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. She was admitted to the bar in 2008 and has held the title of "Specialist in Commercial and Corporate Law" since 2013.

Stations:

• She has been a partner and managing partner at BSKP since 2011. Here, as a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law, she advises small and medium-sized companies in particular on German and international commercial law and corporate law, German and international contract law, and employment law.
• In 2019 to 2020, she was employed as in-house counsel at ROGON GmbH & Co. KG; one of the leading management agencies for professional football players in Europe.
• From 2009 to 2011 - she was managing partner of Dr. von der Lippe Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Frankfurt am Main. Here, her focus was on advising German and international smaller companies as well as sole proprietors.
