Oli­ver Kispert

Oliver Kispert was born in 1964 in Hagen. He studied law in Berlin, Lausanne (CH) and Dallas (USA) and economics at the University of Hagen. At the SMU in Dallas in 1992 he earned the title of Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law (LL.M). He completed his legal traineeship at the Superior Court in Berlin and at the German Embassy in Tokyo.

Start in in 1998, he established the law firm RKKM in Berlin and Hamburg as a lawyer with a focus on tax and company law. Since 2011 he is managing partner of the advisory firm BSKP Berlin.
