Helena Frey was born in Kyrgyzstan in 1980 and studied tax and business law at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration and Finance in Ludwigsburg from 2001-2004. She then worked as an employee at a tax consulting and auditing company in Stuttgart. In 2009 she was appointed as a tax consultant. Helena Frey has been working for BSKP since December 2020.
