Vol­ker Kreft

Volker Kreft was born in 1968 in Bielefeld. After a banking apprenticeship he studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg / Breisgau. In 1999 he was admitted as a lawyer. He has worked in all areas of banking and capital market law since the beginning of his legal career, initially in the legal department of a major bank. In 2008 he was awarded the title of "Specialist Lawyer for Banking and Capital Markets Law".

Another area of specialization is medical law, above all the law on medical malpractice, including the enforcement of claims for damages and claims for pain in case of treatment errors. In 2008, Volker Kreft earned the title "Specialist Lawyer for Medical Law".
