Mar­kus Fröhlich

Markus Fröhlich was born in Constance in 1973. He passed the 1st state examination in Constance and the 2nd state examination in Munich. He is a specialist lawyer for insolvency law as well as a certified restructuring consultant and has been entrusted with the comprehensive consulting of companies in crisis situations for 20 years. After holding several positions in various renowned business law firms, he founded FRÖHLICH Rechtsanwälte Insolvenzverwalter Steuerberater in 2003. Attorney Fröhlich has continued, restructured and successfully sold numerous companies, including larger ones, in Southern Germany both within and outside of insolvency proceedings. In some cases he has restructured or preserved companies thanks to successfully implemented insolvency plan proceedings. Furthermore, Mr. Fröhlich has succeeded in leading numerous companies out of a pre-insolvency "crisis" and in restructuring them out of court. Markus Fröhlich has experience as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) - also in group insolvency proceedings - in various industries.
