Bernd Sand

Bernd Sand was born in Stuttgart in 1959. He trained as a tax assistant in Reginald Winkler's individual practice, and after several years in the profession was appointed tax consultant in 1989. The partnership, founded in 1991 together with Reginald Winkler, was expanded in 1994 with the entry of Gerald Winkler, registered as a partnership in 1997 and as a tax consulting firm from 1999. Mr. Sand leads Winkler und Partner Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbB together with Mr. Gerald Winkler as managing partner and has been an associate partner at BSKP since July 2023.
