In silent mourning we say farewell with a heavy heart to our highly esteemed colleague Mr. Christian Franz, attorney-at-law, who passed away on 29.08.2023 at the age of 49.

Mr. Christian Franz worked for BSKP as a lawyer and specialist attorney for commercial, corporate and tax law. With his high level of expertise, his great commitment and his humorous manner, he earned the unreserved respect and recognition of his superiors, colleagues and clients during this time.

We lose a valuable employee, a colleague of many years, who leaves a painful gap not only in the company.

Our sympathy and deepest condolences go to the family and friends of Mr. Christian Franz.

Christian Franz was born in 1974 in Zittau. He studied law at the Technical University of Dresden and was admitted to the bar in 1999. He was awarded the title "Specialist Lawyer for Tax Law" in 2005 and the title "Specialist Lawyer for Commercial and Corporate Law" in 2008.

In 1999 joined the law firm BSKP.
